At Silverback Studios Dawn and her instructors offer small group classes in all things pilates. That includes traditional mat pilates classes for all experience levels as well as hybrid exercise classes like Piloxing (pilates plus boxing), Piloxing Barre (pilates, boxing and barre) and Pilates HIIT (pilates and high intensity interval training).

You don’t even have to be a Newport Bowls Club member or a bowler to shoot pool on the retro-priced pool tables! Everyone is welcome to enjoy all of the club’s facilities.

Twenty years ago, Melinda Maskey had an epiphany. She was sitting at her office job one day and she just knew that it wasn’t where she wanted to be. She discovered that massage therapy was absolutely what she wanted to do. She immediately signed up to complete a Diploma in Remedial Massage and has been working in the industry ever since.

Outlets Co-operative Ltd Newport Communication Education Centre, fondly known as ‘Outlets’, is a not-for-profit organisation that’s been part of the fabric of Newport for over forty years. It is one of the oldest Neighbourhood Houses in Victoria.
